Complete the trip. Make a good tip.
Don't wreck the ship.
The least stable crew on the water must deliver five-star service to the world's most demanding charter guests.
Serialized crew story.
Episodic charter disasters.
01 / The series
Captain Carlos is rebuilding his career after a spectacular public disaster. No respectable yacht crew wants to work for him.
So he assembles the only crew he can get: talented people with terrible timing, no boundaries and enough personal baggage to compromise a superyacht.
Now they must somehow deliver flawless five-star service to wealthy charter guests while living, working and unraveling in the same confined space.
Talented disasters.
Emotional train wrecks.
Walking HR violations.

02 / The television engine
This is not just a premise. Every charter resets the guest problem while crew romances, rivalries, betrayals and Carlos's attempt to rebuild his reputation continue across the season.
03 / Crew manifest
Select a personnel file. HR has left the vessel.
04 / Relationship chaos
Every operational problem lands inside an existing personal problem. The yacht resets. The emotional damage carries over.
05 / Charter guest engine
Guest stars, specific fantasy worlds and high-status meltdowns reset the external story every episode.
06 / Season one
A second chance becomes a make-or-break finale.
07 / Sample episodes
Each entry starts with a guest world, catches the crew in a personal complication and turns service into comedy.

08 / Tone + comps
But scripted. Serialized.
And the workplace can sink.
09 / Expanded world
The fictional charter company appears after the television engine is clear. It turns DECKHEADZ into a world with built-in promotional, short-form and experiential material.

10 / The team
A creator-led half-hour ensemble built for production.
